I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. It’s not what’s wrong with you, it’s what happened to you. Therapy isn’t cookie-cutter, so together we will create an intervention designed to foster healing and wellness. Together we will take the journey to healing with approaches like CBT Exposure Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I work with adults of all ages who are ready to take the journey to healing. I work hard to ensure that the therapy space is comfortable, confidential, and free from judgment without those things it will make the healing process difficult.
I will help you reach your therapeutic goals by taking a SMART approach, together we will ensure that the goals YOU create are specific as well as measurable so we can track the progress you are making, the goal will be realistic and achievable, relevant and in perfect timing with your healing journey.
During our first session we will be getting to know each other. I’ll ask a lot of questions about life, past diagnosis, your goals for therapy, issues that may be negatively impacting your daily life. In addition to getting to know you, I’ll also share the services I provide to ensure that they are in sync with your journey.
