I value building an empathic, genuine, and positive relationship with my clients. This unique dynamic can assist clients to feel more fulfilled and successful in their mental health journey. I use a collaborative approach and a variety of techniques to help us find direction for the therapeutic process. I love working with failure-to-thrive/launch as well as finding direction and building insight into reasons why we get "stuck".
I help empower individuals for their unique needs such as anxiety, depression, bipolar, trauma, and relationship challenges. I support individuals with religious/cult trauma and kink lifestyle. I utilize EMDR, humanistic, narrative, CBT, emotion-focused, psychedelic processing, and psychodynamic therapies to help clients with challenges.
I believe in the inherent worth of every person and I strive to help others feel better about themselves after interacting with me. I'm known for providing a very safe, warm, and calming space filled with compassion. I would love to join your path toward healing.
