Hello and welcome—thank you for considering me as a companion on your journey. I honor the courage it takes to seek therapy and hope to support you as you work toward healing and growth. Whether you’re feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, trauma, or navigating identity and relationships, I provide a compassionate, culturally aware space where you can feel truly seen and heard. As a Millennial Afro-Latina therapist and mom, I bring empathy and a steady presence, partnering with you honestly and openly to uncover patterns, face challenges, and create a path forward.
With deep respect, I offer compassionate support for those facing post-traumatic stress, relationship challenges, and adult life transitions. Drawing on Caribbean cultural roots, I create a safe, affirming space tailored to your needs, helping you build resilience, find clarity, and heal. I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
I know reaching out for therapy takes courage, and you’re not alone. I support clients healing from anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use with empathy and lived-experience-informed care. Sessions Fri–Wed 8am–10pm. Please message via Psychology Today with your name, email, and phone to schedule. Fees: $75 individual / $80 couples.

Groups
Trauma-Informed Expression
This expressive therapy group provides a safe space to explore emotions and process experiences creatively. Participants use art therapy to draw or paint feelings, and writing prompts, such as letters to self, to reflect and process trauma safely. Each session includes guided visualization and grounding exercises to help participants feel centered and present. No prior artistic or writing experience is needed—just a willingness to connect with your inner experience. This group is ideal for adults seeking stress reduction, emotional expression, and personal growth in a supportive, community-focused environment.
