We work with children, teens, adults, and couples whose stories don't fit neatly into one box, including kids with ADHD and anxiety, adults carrying grief, autistic partners, and parents doing everything right and still worried.
Our team offers trauma therapy, EMDR, play therapy for children, grief therapy, couples therapy, and neurodivergence-affirming care for autism, ADHD, and sensory differences. What makes us different is pacing. We don't push you to go faster than you're ready to go, and we don't leave you sitting in sessions where nothing is changing.
