My goal is to help clients develop a better sense of who they are while providing a safe space and research based techniques that are tailored to individual needs.
I work with clients of varying ages and demographics who experience issues including depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, self-worth/identity, family/marital conflict, and life transitions. I specialize in working with victims of domestic violence, adolescent behavioral issues, and with the minority/ undeserved communities.
