I am dedicated to providing an anti-oppressive and trustworthy healing space where all aspects of identity can be explored with genuine care and respect. I specialize in working with anxiety, life transitions, relational trauma, neurodivergence and LGBTQIA+ individuals and their caregivers.
As a therapist my most trusted skills are my ability to bring deep listening, compassionate embodied presence, humor and professional integrity to our sessions together. When we are allowed to experience what wants to be known within the container of the therapeutic relationship, healing naturally occurs.
