Through our work together, you will experience being able to lovingly soothe the pain, instead of going towards addictive processes or substances.
I specialize in helping you become more integrated in mind, body, and spirit. Through experiential processes, such as art, movement, and parts work, you will expand your capacity to respond spontaneously to the present moment, without reacting from past pain and trauma. I am also an LMT. I utilise cranial sacral therapy for nervous system regulation.
