Are you looking for ways to improve your relationships? As a therapist, I feel honored and privileged to help individuals, couples, and families to increase awareness to improve their lives and relationships. My approach in therapy is supportive, non judgmental, and directive. I also bring in cross cultural perspective, having worked extensively with clients from diverse cultures and backgrounds. I utilize various therapy models in my practice tailored to fit my clients' needs. I also have over 15 years experience working with individuals, family, and couples.
I have been extensively trained to utilize evidenced based models (research supported). Additionally, I believe counseling or therapy is a collaborative process; therefore, I consistently welcome feedback to better our therapeutic process.
