Specializing in the areas of ADHD, Attachment Theory, codependency, anger, reactivity/emotion regulation, and relationship complications. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is foundational to my practice with both individuals and couples. Existential Psychology with a Psychodynamic influence is my broader therapeutic lens.
