Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed? Do you feel burdened or confused by things that have happened to you in the past? Are you seeking peace in your relationship to yourself, to food, and to your body? You've been doing the very best that you can to manage on your own, and likely need a safe, structured space to take on the most important work of your life -- the work of self-care and your own healing.
While my practice specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma/abuse, and eating disorders/problems, I know that my patients each have their own unique way of being in the world. I provide treatment that is tailored to the unique talents and perspectives that my patients possess.
I practice from a sex positive perspective and welcome lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, intersex, and trans* individuals into my practice as well those involved in non-traditional models of relationships. I am attentive to the effects that racism, sexism, transphobia and other forms of discrimination have on my patients.
