I know what it's like to try to control your world through endless schedules and to-do lists, to numb out or be an exposed nerve, to put everyone & everything else first, to try HARD, to wonder if anyone really cares, to live on auto-pilot until you are jolted into reactions you aren’t proud of. I'll help you slow down & reconnect with your body, breath & mind in meaningful & creative ways. Play, movement, mindful self-reflection, telling your story, vulnerable, deep discussion & somatic work can move us from stuckness & stress to authenticity & hope. We all deserve to be messy, sensitive, angry, scared, confused & loved for exactly who we are.
I am a laugh out loud, playful, sit on the floor, tattooed, unruly hair, comfortable with uncomfortable topics, roll with all the feels kind of human.
