I like to learn about my client’s life, not just the traumas or troubles, but all of the good, their strengths & supports. I believe the client is the expert on themselves & they are always an integral part of directing the treatment strategies & goals.
I have built a great knowledge base over 30 years in the field, 20 of which have been in private practice. Some areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, PTSD, childhood physical/sexual abuse, divorce stressors, adolescent stressors, alcohol/drug abuse, relationships, co-dependency, physical/sexual assault, weight loss/mgmt, & work stressors.
