Hi! My name is Amie and I am a licensed clinical social worker who provides therapy for teens and adults striving to overcome anxiety, depression, trauma and life's stressors. I have many years of experience empowering teens to improve family relationships, build positive coping skills and reduce unsafe, oppositional and challenging behaviors. I also have a passion for supporting foster and adoptive families as they build secure attachments and navigate issues unique to to adoption.
I have a compassionate, creative approach to therapy. I will provide a safe, supportive space, using evidence based and somatic strategies, music and mindfulness to help you to overcome challenges, reach goals and make positive change. I am also excited to now be offering ketamine assisted therapy to improve well-being and promote transformative healing.
