I value helping individuals improve their quality of life by understanding their past and present experiences. My therapy style incorporates direct questions, thoughtful feedback, and interactive exercises to enhance awareness and facilitate growth. I frequently guide individuals to meaningfully discuss their thoughts and feelings. The goal is to restore well-being through a renewed sense of self, purpose in life, and relationship potentials.
I am licensed clinical psychologist. My postdoctoral fellowship was completed at Duquesne University emphasizing phenomenology and collaborative assessment. I have over 15 years of therapy experience in a variety of settings, including university counseling centers, school-based programs, residential and psychiatric treatment facilities and community counseling centers.
I have a special interest in health psychology and hold a certificate in Primary Care Behavioral Health from University of Massachusetts Medical School (UMASS-MED).
