I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience in a variety of clinical settings. I specialize in treating maternal mental health / parental stress management, disordered eating, body image, relationship issues and general mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem and trauma.
I believe in an integrative, trauma-informed approach, meaning I combine different therapeutic tools and methods to fit the needs of my clients. In my experience, no one form of therapy is right for everyone. Together, we will determine your goals and develop a collaborative and customized treatment plan.
My style is empathetic and direct within a professional and non-judgmental atmosphere. I want to help you to heal from what is holding you back and find your joy. Together, we will celebrate your successes and achievements along the way. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to anyone interested in learning how I can help you reach your goals.
