As a psychotherapist at IMPACT, I bring a collaborative and relational style to my work with families, parents, couples, groups, and individuals across the lifespan. My approach centers connection, curiosity, laughter, pleasure, and play. In sessions, we may weave together psychodynamic talk therapy with “here and now” approaches such as Somatic Experiencing, as well as creative and expressive modalities that support insight, regulation, and emotional integration.

I also offer parent coaching for caregivers who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to support their child while staying connected to themselves. Parent coaching is practical, collaborative, and grounded in nervous system awareness, helping parents make sense of their child’s behavior, strengthen trust, and respond with greater clarity and confidence.
