I specialize in sport psychology and mental performance. I believe that in life we are always performing and sport is just one aspect. My work is process-oriented and easily accessible. The intention is that you can leave the office and apply what we processed into your daily life. Together we work to unfold the unhealthy and many times, the unconscious patterns, that inhibit you from reaching your goals and aspirations. We also reflect on your strengths. You may want to feel a certain way or you may want to actually attain tangible things in your life. When we access your authentic self everything is available to you.
I ONLY work with clients that are invested and ready to work. I use imagery, visualization, breath work and conscious goal setting to help you overcome anxiety, injury, pressure, fear, depression, negative body image, lack of motivation, and confidence. The goal is unlock your potential. You do not need to be an athlete to benefit.
My purpose and passion is to help you find yours. Your story is critical and I'm curious to know it. Clients leave with tangible goals, new-found skills, and supportive homework they can apply outside of our sessions. Process is key, but if it is not applied it has no measurable impact. I work with clients in the office, online and on the field or court.
