Utilizing a multicultural and trauma informed lense, I tailor treatment and interventions based on each client's needs. I am also trained in mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization,Reprocessing (EMDR) which specifically targets decreasing symptoms of trauma, depression, anxiety, and stress.
