Hello! My name is Ami Grace Quinn, and I am an LCSW practicing on the beautiful central coast of California. I am a holistic psychotherapist specializing in holistic psychotherapy to help you feel your best in all areas; physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual. In addition, I am a trained and certified neuro-nutrient therapist (using nutrition and supplements/vitamins as alternatives to medication).
My approach to therapy is a holistic one where I see you-the client as a whole and a sum of your parts. Usually, when we are out of balance or have wounding from childhood or a significant relationship, symptoms arise and can be troublesome and interfere with life functioning.
The tone or vibe I sent is a calm and grounding presence. Many of my clients mention that they feel like I offer a motherly, warm, and nurturing presence. You will see in our sessions that I am in my yurt which is a beautiful circular structure that offers an earthy comfort with plants and animals around me.
