Let's get you back to living the life you always imagined. Everyone feels stuck at times and it is a privilege to assist individuals on their healing journey. I provide counseling and life coaching services to individuals dealing with a variety of issues including depression and anxiety, stress, relationship issues, women's health, chronic illness, grief and loss, trauma and more. I am currently doing teletherapy, as well as outdoor walk and talk therapy. I am a certified mindfulness-based ecotherapist and use nature as a healing modality with my clients. We all have the inner strength to heal.
As a holistic therapist, I believe that healing the mind involves healing the body. Healing involves quieting the negative chatter in our mind and replacing it with positive thoughts. Mindful cognitive behavioral therapy helps one to move away from their suffering and blockages and closer to a more fulfilled and whole way of living.
