As a client-centered therapist and experienced Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I work with adults experiencing challenges due to ADHD, autism, disordered eating/body image, anxiety, stress management, depression, and relationship repair, as well as survivors of traumatic experiences such as abuse, intimate or domestic partner violence.

Together, we will develop sustainable strategies to help you live a vibrant, healthy life, glean new self-awareness, and practice making well-informed life choices regarding your relationships, health, and wellness.
