I implore a variety of therapy approaches and modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Approaches, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. Within the scope of family therapy I utilize Psycho-Education, Structural Therapy and Systemic Therapy.
While I am not assisting my clients I enjoy spending time in exercise, spending time with my family, and traveling. Giving back to my community is very important for me. I enjoy organizing community events that promote self care, and wellness.
