I am a licensed professional counselor with additional training in the addiction field. Several years of studies, practice and life experiences have gone into preparation for this field of service.

I have now worked as a school psychologist for 14 years. I find rofessional fulfillment in my private practice In which serve the psychological needs of children, adolescents, and adults. I have over 23 years in the field of psychology and I have been influenced by a variety of psychological treatment approaches. I have years of experience in behavior therapy, psychodynamic, insight oriented treatment, narrative therapy, non-directive, person-centered exploratory therpay. I am friendly, kind, caring and eager to serve the needs of my patients.

Hey everyone! I'm Janell and I first want to congratulate you on being brave enough to seek professional support. Self-care and mental health can be scary and sometimes we feel there is still a significant stigma surrounding psychology. I was born and raised in northern New Jersey and my main goals are established in further giving back to the individuals in our communities. I love using mindfulness and self-care to help people heal and ultimately feel whole.
