Hello, I am Dr. Vanina Kala Waizmann. Supported by academia, research, clinical experience and personal spiritual journey, I have spent the past eighteen years supporting individuals to find a new way of living, helping them break free from outdated patterns, and transition from a place of limitation and anxiety to one of freedom and joy. As a Specialist in Individual and Group Psychotherapy, I offer individual sessions and facilitate groups and seminars for adults and adolescents in-person and online worldwide.

I really enjoy working with moms, new parents, kids, and teens. But I also have experience working with adults struggling with trauma, death, loss, anxiety, ADHD, and boundaries/relationship issues.Psychoeducation is the foundation of many of my sessions. As a Veteran of the U.S. Army; She has extensive experience with Emotional and Psychological trauma; trained in EMDR. Working with families, couples dealing with attachment issues that result in trauma, addiction and maladaptive behaviors and thought patterns is definitely a wide population of her clientele.

Dr. Edward Summers is a Mental Health Counselor who has worked in individual & group therapy in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He obtained his BA and MPA from Marist College and holds a M.Phil and Ph.D. from The New School. He has completed more than 300 hours of psychotherapy and addiction training. Dr. Ed believes in using evidence-based practices and draws from CBT, DBT, mindfulness training, holistic, and humanistic approaches in order to be an insightful and compassionate guide to help clients to self-evaluate & find their own paths to happiness.
