I specialize in short-term intensive psychotherapy and long-term psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and families, and I conduct psychological testing. My work with children and adolescents has involved helping them navigate a range of emotional, behavioral, and academic difficulties. I have worked in private and public schools and counseled parents to help them advocate for their children's needs. My work with adults has included serving in outpatient and inpatient settings to address a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, difficulties managing stressors, relationship, career and marital problems.

The hardest part about therapy is finding a therapist. My goal is to make this process as easy as possible. As the only multi-licensed counselor in the state of Florida that speaks five languages fluently including English.Spanish, French, Italian and German, I understand that everyone is different, yet goes through similar issues. I have experience working with adults, couples, adolescents with problems including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma,intimacy issues, LGBT related issues, behavioral issues, post-traumatic stress disorder and couple therapy including sexual issues. My specialty and passion is therapy for intimacy, couples, sexual dysfunctions, and relationship concerns. I work with individuals and couples who have difficulties adapting to the dynamics of an intimate relationship. This can be the result of traumatic experiences, the need for personal exploration, and/or sexual dysfunctions. The clients I typically work with are disappointed with their relationship and/or sex life, they may have experienced betrayal, they might avoid sex because it’s painful, stressful, or anxiety-producing, or want to expand their sex horizons (e.g., Kink, Vanilla, BDSM, etc.).
