I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist, an EMDR therapist, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have over 25 years experience in blending verbal therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and trauma focused therapies such as EMDR with the expressive arts (dance/movement, art, music, writing). Vision Board Workshop
