I am a passionate therapist with experience working with individuals who have experienced current or past traumatic issues. My goal is to collaborate with you to achieve your goals, by meeting you where you are at and helping you work at your own pace. People experience pain and difficulty in different ways. From a single event to complex histories of trauma, family issues, I can help you move through your suffering. I believe you are the expert on yourself. With additional support from me, through therapy, we can find you the tools you need to overcome your suffering during this difficult time in your life.

People generally do not seek me out until they're feeling overwhelmed, confused, or have run out of answers and resources. I semi-retired on July 1, 2021, and now provide primarily tele-health services (phone, FaceTime or Zoom) Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

I am Sandra McLeod, a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Registered Play Therapist which means I treat all ages and specialize in treating children, adolescents, and teens. The treatment plan is created by my client and myself, in order to ensure the focus is on what my client would like to work on .

My ideal client wants to experience more connection in their lives. They want to feel more deeply connected to themselves as well as to the people they care about. However, this can feel really challenging at times, if not most of the time. We may feel overwhelmed often. We may struggle to relate with people in the way that we most want to. And we may be really hard on ourselves for it all. My ideal client wants to feel more possibility in their lives and to experience more capacity to navigate life's challenges. They want to experience more compassion for themselves. Ultimately, they want to feel more ease in being who they are.

Many times in our lives we believe that overcoming obstacles is like attempting the impossible. We continue to feel lonely, make the same mistakes, and have the same fears, self- doubts that eventually cause us to believe that life will always be the same. Counseling can assist you in making the changes that you desire in your life. Providing you the opportunity to explore new avenues in which you might not have believed before. This journey may not be easy; however, it is one that can bring out the change you have been longing for.

I work with the queer community, transgender and gender non-conforming individuals, the ethically non-monogamous and the kink community, substance use issues, those struggling to manage depression or anxiety, and clients whose issues stem from PTSD, trauma, or grief. Giving witness and presence to pain helps facilitate a space in which people can heal. I am HAES (Health At Every Size) informed. I believe we all have what we need within us - we just need those qualities recognized, called forth, and polished.

My name is Tara Celletti and I am a licensed independent associate clinical social worker. I grew up in Southern California, where I was exposed to therapy practices at an early age by my grandmother. In 2021, I followed in my grandmother’s footsteps and received a Masters in Social Work from University of Southern California. I moved to Washington in 2014 where I now live with my husband and our three rescue dogs.

He also draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and strength-based therapy to help guide those seeking to connect thoughts and behaviors and encourage self-efficacy. Play therapy also informs his work with children, teens, and families.

I am not currently accepting new clients. I am a child & adolescent therapist, with a focus on helping children with ADHD & co-occurring disorders. Often children are reacting to difficult life circumstances and need help processing their feelings. These problems can cause additional stress on the family and damage relationships. I work to help the child & family through the difficult time and repair relationships.
