My experience entails working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, substance use, and other co-occurring disorders. I believe that clients are the experts in their own lives and what they need to make changes. I’m a firm believer in meeting clients at whatever stage of change they’re in, as it is imperative to holistically address the needs of each client with a person-centered approach. Healthy Life 3 Counseling Center is a professional faith-based counseling center founded in 2010 by Effie Jean Weir PhD. HL3CC provides faith-based counseling with spiritual support services to individuals, families, marriages, youth and group support. Our vision is clear desiring to consult, counsel and comfort in mental/spiritual health. We are body, soul and spirit and a healthy balance should be maintained.
