My role as a therapist is to help connect you to your inner strengths, beliefs, and values to enhance your life experience and achieve your goals. I am currently am working with individuals experiencing a variety of life stressors that include: life transtions, academic or vocational stressors, grief and loss, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation and trauma.

Whether working in person or via telehealth, my approach is supportive and practical. I begin by listening to ensure I understand your issues. I then tailor my approach to match your situation, values and goals. This may include helping you learn skills to manage and reduce anxiety, gain clarity and develop a plan address key work or relationship issues, or help you gain tools to manage strong emotions while healing underlying trauma.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults in identifying areas of concern and working collaboratively in development of a treatment plan that works for them at their particular stage in life.

I think of therapy as a collaborative process: As the guide, I'll help you through this journey in life to recognize, understand, and overcome challenges that continue to impact you.
