Dynamics & negative associations from our childhood disrupt our perceptions of current relationships hampering trust & bonding, creating challenges in world navigation & conflict resolution. We are bound to the past recreating negative relationships. These patterns result in anxiety, depression, unhealthy coping skills, & dysfunctional relationships.
