I have over ten years of psychiatric experience across the lifespan and in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and I am currently accepting new patients.

Accepting New Patients. I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with several years of clinical experience.

I have been practicing psychotherapy in Milwaukee County for more than 10 years. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults and practice from an integrated approach utilizing Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy modalities, believing that the client is the expert on their own experiences. I specialize in depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, major life transitions, and stress management. I appreciate the physical and spiritual health’s effects on a person’s mental and emotional wellbeing and support exploring each of these aspects within the therapeutic setting.
