I use different therapeutic modalities that fit the needs of my clients, and when clients welcome Biblical and Christian principles, I also include them as a foundation to enhance the counseling process. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with symptoms of depression, maternal mood disorders, various forms of anxiety, trauma, anger, relationship issues, adjustment and acculturation.
We at times may feel trapped by our emotions due to the intricacies and challenges of life, and may find necessary to seek the help of a professional. We may not have have the power to change others, our past or present circumstances; however, we have the power and freedom to choose our responses to what happens to us and with that feel more empowered.
