Understanding complexity and working through deeply layered problems comes naturally for me, and years of diverse clinical work alongside training in art, music, and the humanities have deepened my attunement to thoughts and feelings that struggle to be said or heard in conventional ways. I try to approach therapy through genuine human connection, because this kind of vulnerability is often what allows clarity, change, growth, and a fuller sense of being alive to emerge.
I work eclectically, because the same warm water that softens the potato hardens the egg. Rather than squeezing you into a method I'm more interested in discovering - or creating - what actually helps you in therapy. My work is relational, psychodynamic, and embodied, and I work w/ anxiety, trauma, identity, relationships, and treatment-resistant depression
