We all experience distressing emotions and are faced with challenging times in our lives. Sometimes additional support is needed because these experiences can be overwhelming and too much to handle on our own. Sharing your thoughts, feelings, and personal experiences can feel uncomfortable. This is why it is so important to me to provide a safe and caring environment for clients to feel understood and respected. It is my primary goal to build trust and provide support to my clients.
I provide individual counseling services to adults. I have experience working with a diverse variety of mental health issues. I am eclectic in my therapeutic approach which means that I draw from a variety of techniques to find the intervention that best fits each client.
