I am a trauma informed therapist who draws from somatic modalities, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and depth psychology — which means we pay attention not just to your thoughts, but to what your body holds and to the deeper parts of you that have been trying to get your attention. I also weave is DBT and practical skills when needed.
