My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s needs. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment, Mindfulness-Based, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. I also specialize in sex therapy, working with individuals and couples to explore concerns around desire, intimacy, and body image. I provide a sex-positive, culturally sensitive space.
