I’m Amelia, a therapist who works with adults of all ages, with a particular focus on young adults navigating identity-related concerns, relationships, anxiety, and trauma.
In session, I show up as warm, relational, and authentic, and I prioritize creating a supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. I welcome all parts of you, including the ones that may feel confusing, burdensome, or difficult to understand. I am neurodivergent-affirming and familiar with many of the unique challenges experienced by neurodivergent folks.
My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on building psychological flexibility. I help clients respond more effectively to difficult thoughts, emotions, and life challenges so they can act in alignment with their values and move toward a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling to them.
