Amelia earned her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University and is currently working toward licensure under the supervision of Joni Batts. The ideal client is a client looking to generate change with small guidance in order to build new and more healthy ideals of themselves in all areas of life be it relationships, inner turmoil, and or problematic cycles that are causing strain within daily life.
Amelia works with a variety of issues. Amelia is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and pulls from various therapy models as in Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Amelia seeks to help clients feel at ease and hopeful through life’s confusing and trying times.
Amelia is a pre-licensed professional under the direct supervision of Joni Batts, LMFT (License #1111)
