I provide attachment-focused, trauma-informed therapy to help you heal childhood wounds and emotional pain. Together we explore how your past shaped your relationships and reactions. I integrate inner-child work, nervous system regulation, and, when desired, ketamine-assisted or faith-based therapy to help you feel secure, grounded, and connected.

8-week group for mothers with children 3-12 who struggle with reactivity and repeating generational patterns. Grounded in attachment theory and neuroscience, participants explore how childhood experiences shape current parenting responses, learn nervous system regulation, practice repair over perfection, and heal unresolved wounds.
