I am a PhD Psychologist working in the state of MN since 2007. I work with clients of all ages and concerns. Routinely, I help clients with adjustment/stress, depression/bipolar, anxiety, OCD/hoarding, parenting, relationship problems, trauma, and health psychology (addiction, TBI, women's health).

Sometimes life can be hard but suffering doesn't have to be forever. As a doctor in psychology, I use science based therapies (e.g., motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior therapy, interpersonal process, and acceptance commitment therapy approaches) tailored to your individual needs.
