I approach the therapy space with radical acceptance and usually see clients who are facing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship and intimacy issues, and/or sexual dysfunction related issues.
I have experience using CBT, Trauma Focused CBT, Mindfulness, DBT informed practice, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths based approaches. I work with clients where they are at to help them uncover their goals so we can determine steps to take as we begin the healing process together.
