I am a firm believer that everyone needs a village to support them in order to be the best version of themselves they can be! I view myself as a part of that village - supporting, encouraging, and sometimes pushing my clients to reach the goals they are striving for. Teamwork, guidance, empathy, and humor are foundational pillars of my practice. My clients are teens and adults who know something isn’t working, and maybe just need that extra support to clear the gunk out of their way.

My clients experience anxiety, depression, life changes, relationship issues, LGBTQ+ identity issues, and more. I have experience working with individuals in and around the foster care/adoption systems including relative caregivers and aged out youth. I highly value working with a diverse population.
