I specialize in working with individuals 10 years and older. My approach is integrative, blending Internal Family Systems, Client-Centered therapy, Gestalt, Humanistic principles, somatic work, and some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Clients come to me for a compassionate, client-focused that feels both safe and empowering.
