Whether it is in person, or through teletherapy, I aim to help sort out feelings and difficulties, as well as build up and empower clients. The tools that I teach are not only useful in the current issues you may bring to sessions, but in many different aspects of life.
I work with a wide range of clients including teens, individual adults of all age ranges as well as couples, parents and families. It can be a little overwhelming and scary to make the first step in making an appointment, but the changes that can come from therapy are definitely worth it!
