Welcome! I'm an openly neurodivergent counselor based in Cleveland, OH. I believe in the neurodiversity paradigm, intersectionality, disability justice and liberation-focused practices that acknowledge how multi-layered systems cause harm and impact our experience with the world. Pathologizing individuals is NOT the answer. Calling out the systems causing harm, unpacking the impact, and working towards collective well-being IS the answer.
My approach in therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and empowering. I use a variety of modalities including neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ affirming care, disability justice and liberation-focused practices, trauma-informed care, parts work, somatic practices, inference-based therapy, and nature-informed therapy.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time being with community, working in my garden, learning about native trees and wildlife, collecting things, reading non-fiction, and going on adventures with my dogs and husband. Feel free to reach out with questions to see if we could be a good fit!
