Welcome! I understand contacting a stranger to share your most intimate details can be overwhelming and frightening. With this knowledge my job is to gain your trust, make you feel comfortable, and walk with you as you gain new tools to help you navigate your life better. I work with adults navigating traumas aftermath of symptoms, struggling with traits of a personality disorder or suffering with high suicidal ideation.
I am certified in Trauma Informed Stabilization Program (TIST), trained as an EMDR therapist, and help with treatment and management of Personality Disorders. I am a trained CAMS Suicide Modality provider. On my website, under the about tab, you can view a list of all my trainings.
It can be difficult engaging in therapy. I believe in laughter and building a strong therapeutic relationship. This is the steppingstone to all of our work together. My hope for you is a reduction in symptoms, better interactions with those in your life, and more enjoyment in daily activities.
