I practice evidenced based psychotherapy which is effective in relieving a variety of problems.I work to incorporate techniques that make sense to the client and are effective in bringing relief.
It is imperative to me to offer a supportive and non-judgmental space for clients to explore and meet their individualized goals. I provide letters of support and assistance connecting clients with services in the community.
