My ideal clients are children, adults, or families who recognize that a mental health challenge, relationship dynamic, or coping pattern is negatively impacting their lives and are open to making meaningful change. You don’t have to have everything figured out—just a willingness to reflect and grow. Many of the people I work with want to better understand themselves, build healthier coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and develop greater self-awareness so they can move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
I combine compassion, empathy, and nonjudgment with honest, thoughtful feedback. My approach focuses on “calling in” rather than “calling out,” using support and accountability to encourage growth. I believe real change happens when people feel safe enough to explore discomfort while developing the skills needed to move forward.
