Greetings Dear One: Seeking therapy can be such a vulnerable matter. I know, having been on both sides of the couch. So, if you are looking for a therapist that's been there, and supports the fullness of your being: mind, body and spirit, I offer you my presence within a sacred container, utilizing an eclectic approach of traditional and alternative modalities for anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-esteem, and faith issues. I've been an integrative holistic healer for the past three decades. Affectionately known as Dr. K. - a licensed psychotherapist, Board Certified Ordained Metaphysical Minister, Certified Life Coach, and Author.
I see you as a unique soul and not as a label because I believe “you’re not sick - you’re sacred! This is why in my self-help book “From Psychotherapy to Sacretherapy” (pronounced sacred-therapy with a silent d) I reframed 170 mental and emotional diagnoses from a holistic metaphysical perspective removing the stigma, helping you get to the energy-basis.
I've helped many souls & lectured with authors such as Dr. Norman Shealy (Soul Medicine), Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup for the Soul) and Howard Martin (HeartMath).
