I have worked as a trauma informed therapist since 2011. I specialize in adolescents and adults who face various mental health and identity development challenges. Pens & Pages
A virtual creative therapy processing group for creatives and non-linear thinkers. A space for creative writing, journaling, sketching, drawing, etc. of your thoughts & feelings. Prompts, themes & topics are offered each session. You should 1.) bring yourself, as you are 2.) a journal or sketchbook & 3.) your preference of mark-making tools (pencil, pens, colored pencils, markers, watercolors, etc.).
